Pre-service teachers are individuals who are currently completing their education and training to become certified teachers. This research area focuses on studying the experiences, knowledge, attitudes, and skills of these future educators as they prepare to enter the teaching profession. Researchers may investigate topics such as the effectiveness of teacher preparation programs, the beliefs and motivations of pre-service teachers, the impact of field experiences on their development, and the challenges they face in transitioning from student to teacher. The goal of this research is to better understand how to support and prepare pre-service teachers to be successful in the classroom.
